Field teams, work you can see
Promoters, sampling, and activations verified on site: shift check-in, GPS location, and photo report. You pay for shifts worked.
The problem
The problem
The main fear for anyone running field work is simple: no one can tell if a promoter actually showed up.
Reports arrive after the fact, often without evidence.
There's no way to tell a completed shift from a missed one.
Photos arrive without a timestamp or location.
Payroll isn't tied to time actually worked.
The solution
The solution
A shift becomes a record with evidence, not a line in a spreadsheet.
On-site check-in
The promoter checks in at the start of the shift and checks out at the end. GPS location is captured both times.
Photo report with metadata
Photos are tied to the time and place they were taken and are available to the client for every shift.
Pay by shifts worked
Invoicing and payroll are built from the same shift record — no separate reconciliation.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is the product available yet?
Promoters is in development. We're opening early access to a first group of clients — reach out and we'll be in touch once it's ready.
Do you track promoters throughout the day?
No. Location is captured only at the moment of shift check-in and check-out. The goal is to confirm the shift, not monitor the person. A promoter sees exactly what's recorded about them.
What if there's no signal at the location?
Check-ins and photos are saved on the device and sent once a connection is available. A promoter shouldn't be penalized for a weak signal.
Who hires the staff?
The team is put together for the specific job. Details depend on the market and the type of activation — we'll work that out when you sign on.
